DoubleTree by Hilton London - Chelsea

My first stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Chelsea, London was truly enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and attentive. The welcome cookies at reception were a highlight and set a great tone for the stay. A big thank you to Revanth and Neha for their excellent support and friendly attitude. Breakfast was superb, and Rafid kindly helped us with arranging a table in the restaurant. In the evening, Jay impressed us with perfectly made cocktails. Overall, a very comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

A pleasant, compact hotel set in a notably quiet part of London. The building is a little older, but it has been thoughtfully refurbished and is well kept. Whilst it isn’t the most central location for Underground connections, both the Overground and river boat services are nearby, which makes getting around surprisingly convenient. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast offers a decent selection, and the bar provides a comfortable spot for an evening drink. By London standards, the rates are also quite reasonable. Overall, a calm and dependable choice for a London stay.

The staff was great and so welcoming. Rooms are very nice and clean. The dobble beds are a bit small for two though - but overall very nice hotel. The staff in the dinning room are extremely friendly too( especially Mohammed and 2 ladies.. I didn’t catch their names, but good service were givin!:)

I had a fantastic experience at Double Tree by Hilton Chelsea. The reception warmly welcome with cookies and activity bag for my child. The staff at reception Mehmet, Revanth and Rafid were very helpful and attentive. I loved the ambiance and vibe at Cre Bar & Restaurant. Excellent service from Madhava and Jay. They really went extra mile to make me and my family feel comfortable. Their professionalism and personal attention truly made my visit memorable.

I had an amazing stay with my family at this hotel! Check-in with Rafid was smooth and he was incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. I can’t forget about Niha either, who does an incredible job and always greeted us with a warm smile. Yin at breakfast was wonderful as well — he treated us so well and even remembered our daily orders. During our stay, I also had the chance to interact with Shahrul, Disha, Shamsad, and Aqil, especially during our check-out, and they were all very friendly and pleasant to talk to. On our last morning, we also met one of the managers, Carlos, who was genuinely friendly and made sure we were doing well and had enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were spotless every single day, so I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the housekeeping team. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and well located, but what really stands out is the amazing team they have. They can be very proud of the work they do. Thank you for everything :)

We have been there for 3 nights. Location is amazing. Super near to bus and train station to city center. Hotel is nice, tidy and best of all, amazing staff! We ate breakfast all 3 days, you can pick anything you like, and we had a lunch at restaurant Cre. Room was wide and clean. I stayed with Antea S. (Hilton team member) and she was super excited to see all is perfect, as always! Thanks

The overall experience of this stay was average, but I would especially like to commend the front desk staff Shahrul and Disha. Both of them were very friendly and polite. They handled check-in and answered my questions patiently, and they actively showed concern for my needs, which made me feel respected and welcomed. If I only judge the front desk service from these two staff members, I would give it a full score. However, I was a bit disappointed with the performance of some of the other front desk staff. One day my room key suddenly stopped working, and while I was waiting in line to get it fixed, another guest directly cut in front of me. The front desk staff nearby clearly saw this but did nothing to stop it or guide the other guest, and simply allowed them to be served first. This situation made me feel that the hotel is not very professional when it comes to maintaining order and ensuring a fair experience for all guests. The breakfast service also has room for improvement. For some dishes that need to order by the staff, the serving time was extremely slow: • On the first day, I waited a long time after ordering, and the dish still hadn’t arrived even when I had finished eating and was about to leave. • On the second day, I ordered again, and if I hadn’t taken the initiative to ask, the dish wouldn’t have been brought out at all and seemed to have been completely ignored. Overall, I am very grateful for Shahrul and Disha’s professionalism and warmth; they definitely added a lot of positive points to this stay. However, I hope the hotel can strengthen the training of other front desk and breakfast staff, pay more attention to queue order and serving efficiency, and bring the overall service level more in line with the brand image.

This is an incredible hotel with amazing service. Every member of staff we interacted with, from all of the reception staff, the waiters, the cleaning team and at the bar, were absolutely brilliant and made the experience super special. I will always highly recommend this hotel and look forward to being back. Nashid was wonderful and is super talented, and went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The bar is beautiful and a great place to work for those travelling on business. Thank you all at the hotel for a magnificent stay, I will be back
